Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Home Run Data Edge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using the Service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Description of Service

Home Run Data Edge provides sports analytics, statistical research, screenshot-based market analysis, community features, and informational content across multiple sports. The platform displays historical, contextual, and model-generated research intended for informational and analytical purposes only.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

Communications

HRDE may send account, security, billing, or service messages that are necessary to operate your account or paid access. Promotional product-update emails can be turned off in Account Settings. Opting out of marketing does not prevent HRDE from sending transactional or security communications that are reasonably necessary for your account or subscription.

Eligibility and Legal Age

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use sports wagering or prediction-market information, you are solely responsible for confirming that you meet the applicable legal age and that wagering, trading, or contract participation is lawful in your location. The applicable legal age may be higher than 18. The Service does not accept wagers, hold gambling funds, place bets on a user's behalf, execute prediction-market contracts, operate as a sportsbook or exchange, or pay winnings.

Membership Payments and Access

Paid plans, access periods, prices, and included features are displayed on the membership page and may change prospectively. Membership payments are processed through Whop. You agree to provide accurate account and payment information and to use the same Home Run Data Edge account that initiates checkout. Paid access begins after Whop confirms the payment and the completed checkout session is matched to your account. Emerald is a one-time 24-hour access pass that expires automatically 24 hours after HRDE activates access following confirmed payment; it does not renew. Diamond is a recurring subscription and automatically renews at the price and billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. The checkout provider displays applicable payment and renewal terms before purchase. You may cancel future Diamond renewals through Whop; cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred, and access generally remains available through the paid period unless the checkout provider states otherwise. Except where required by law or the payment provider's applicable policy, fees are non-refundable after access has been provided.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. Automated scraping or mass-downloading of the analytics data provided by Home Run Data Edge is strictly prohibited.

User Content and Community Features

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Home Run Data Edge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute content you intentionally submit to public or community features as needed to operate and promote the Service. This promotional license does not apply to private Analyzer screenshots submitted solely for processing. You may not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, private, or confidential material. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. User posts reflect the views of their authors, not Home Run Data Edge.

Analyzer Uploads

Do not upload passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank-account numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the analysis. Crop or redact unnecessary account details before uploading a screenshot. Analyzer inputs may be processed by service providers that support AI, search, hosting, and research functionality.

Intellectual Property

To the extent protected by applicable law, HRDE's branding, original software, original written content, proprietary metrics, and original interface elements are owned by or licensed to Home Run Data Edge. Third-party names, logos, player images, statistics, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners and are used for identification, informational, or research purposes as applicable.

Third-Party Data and No Affiliation

Sports statistics, schedules, logos, player images, news, odds, and other third-party material may be supplied by external providers and remain subject to their respective rights and terms. Home Run Data Edge is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any team, league, athlete, sportsbook, DFS operator, prediction market, data provider, media company, or payment provider unless expressly stated.

Public Activity, Social Proof, and Analytics Displays

Administrative analytics may display aggregated, approximate, or anonymized activity information such as page activity, general location, signup counts, or member activity. If HRDE displays public activity indicators, they will be labeled so they do not falsely represent fabricated individual activity as a real-time event. We do not intentionally display a member's private account information in public activity notices.

Analytics, AI, and Gambling Disclaimer

The Service is provided for research, entertainment, and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, or gambling advice. Research Strength scores are not win probabilities. Value Signals and fair-price estimates are model estimates, not guarantees or offers to transact. AI-generated grades, projections, market identifications, and explanations may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You assume all risk for decisions made using the Service and should never risk more than you can afford to lose.

Third-Party Links and Transactions

The Service may link to third-party checkout providers, sportsbooks, DFS platforms, prediction markets, media sites, or other external services. HRDE does not control those services or their eligibility rules, pricing, availability, settlement decisions, privacy practices, or terms. Any transaction you choose to make with a third party is solely between you and that third party.

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free data, profitable outcomes, or that any feature will remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Run Data Edge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost wagers; lost data; or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Run Data Edge and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable United States federal and state law. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to proceed sooner. Nothing in these Terms waives mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
