Delete your HRDE account

This permanently deletes your Home Run Data Edge account and associated account data. Any active HRDE Whop subscription should be canceled through Whop before deleting your HRDE account.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Follow these 3 steps

  1. Sign in to the HRDE account you want deleted.This lets us verify the request belongs to the account owner.
  2. Type DELETE in the confirmation field below.This confirms you understand the request is permanent.
  3. Select “Permanently Delete Account.”HRDE will delete eligible account data, clear your login session, and sign you out. Billing subscriptions are managed through Whop.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DATA

Deleted vs. retained

Deleted from HRDE
  • Account profile information
  • HRDE login sessions and login-attempt records tied to your email
  • Password and password-reset records
  • Connected OAuth account links
  • Analyzer prediction history and Analyzer feedback tied to your account
  • Analytics events, sessions, and visitor records linked to your HRDE user ID
These records are removed as part of the deletion request.
May be retained
  • Whop payment, billing, refund, chargeback, fraud-prevention, or transaction records held by Whop
  • Business, tax, accounting, legal, security, or dispute records HRDE or a service provider is required to retain
  • Backups or system logs that are not reasonably separable immediately, until they cycle out under normal retention schedules
Retention is limited to the period required by applicable law, contract, fraud-prevention, security, tax/accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Where no specific legal period applies, retained backup/log copies are targeted to age out within 90 days.
This cannot be undone. Records HRDE is legally required to retain, such as certain payment or tax records held by payment processors or required by law, may remain outside your HRDE account database for the applicable retention period.
